Anti-Termite Reticulation Pipes is made of special elastomeric compound that gives a honeycomb
structure to its walls. Although many refer to it as porous pipe, Termipore material
is significantly different with many additives and made using a proprietory process.
Porous pipe is designed and manufactured specially for sub surface reticulation and
preventive termite treatment. It is a highly dependable, effective, affordable and
long-lasting pipe for preventive anti-termite reticulation systems.
Why Anti-Termite Reticulation System?
TermiPore Pipes are made of a specially formulated thermoplastic elastomeric
compound that has a specific as well as assured flow rate. The flow rate has been
identified as optimum after years of trial and research. There are various ways that
reticulation pipes are installed and used, and that changes from place to place.
TermiPore pipe flow rate is designed so that even when the installation and use
is a little different from that recommended, the termiticide will reach everywhere.
How to Install Anti-Termite Reticulation System?
INSTALLING TERMIPORE RETICULATION SYSTEM IS A SIMPLE PROCESS. IT IS A SIMPLE
NETWORK OF PIPES ACROSS THE AREA, IN A NET LIKE PATTERN.
Along with the Pipes, we also provide all the necessary accessories
such as elbows, T-jointers, connectors, fixing hooks, plain pipes,
end-plugs and junction boxes.
Lay TermiPore on a bed of sand and use fixing hooks and cable
ties to secure the pipes in place. Use elbows at sharp corners,
T joints at cross sections and test after installation. After testing
cover the pipe with sand to ensure it is not in direct contact with
cement. Always keep TermiPore concealed. Connect it to plain
plastic pipe that extend up to the junction box wherefrom the
termiticide is to be injected. Place a junction box at every
20-30 meter of TermiPore pipe and please use liquid termiticide
only. Use a pump of lhp/0.3 kg/cm2 to inject termiticide at regular
intervals of 2-3 years.
